In Kolchugine “povyazali” orphanage director
In Kolchugine detained orphanage director Olga Belousova. The local prosecutor’s office suspects in the applicable forms, education and abuse of power.
According to deputy prosecutor Alexander Kolchuginskogo Interregional Bochkareva, in the period from 2003 to 2005 on the orders of the Director orphanage some inmates who fled from the institution placed in a separate room with zareshechennymi windows, which locked in the key. Children have also been illegally placed in a medical detention facility, where they were imprisoned.
Until recently, in Kolchugine orphanage, which is now home to 40 school-age children, was a good account. In education management and administration Kolchugina provincial education department believe that the director does not blame.
