SF rejected the law on the relocation of the Constitutional Court

The Federation Council today rejected a law on the relocation of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation (COP) from Moscow to St. Petersburg. During the adoption of the law in 1921, Senator voted against, 103. Previously, the Federation Council Committee on Constitutional Legislation recommended senators to reject the law on relocation of the COP and create a conciliatory commission. Committee members rejected the deprivation of the right to hold court in another meeting visiting the city.
