Cellular disabled in the Moscow subway
October 4, 2004 – 2:30 pmRussian cellular operators MTS, “Vympelkom” (trade mark “coach”) and “Megaphone” suspended its work in the Moscow underground railway networks, told representatives of those companies. In press service companies known as reasons not to switch off the base stations in the subway, unofficially representatives of the companies say that this is due to a declared terrorist threat.
